1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTS Online at ieltsonline.digital ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

IELTS Online provides an online IELTS preparation platform that includes:

  • Academic and General Training reading practice tests
  • Writing practice with AI-powered evaluation and feedback
  • Performance tracking and test history
  • Band score estimation and improvement recommendations
  • YouTube-based study resources and tutorials

Our platform is designed to help you prepare for the IELTS examination. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English, the organizations that jointly own and manage the IELTS test.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce test content for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our test questions or algorithms
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
  • Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to test questions, passages, scoring algorithms, user interface designs, and branding, is owned by IELTS Online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

When you submit essays, answers, or other content through our Platform ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your User Content for the purposes of providing and improving our services, including AI-powered evaluation.

7. AI-Powered Evaluation

Our writing evaluation uses artificial intelligence to provide band score estimates and feedback. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI evaluations are estimates and may not perfectly reflect official IELTS scoring
  • Band scores provided are for practice and guidance purposes only
  • We do not guarantee any specific score on the actual IELTS examination
  • AI feedback should be used as one of several tools in your preparation

8. Pricing and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. If applicable, pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Test content will exactly mirror the actual IELTS examination
  • AI evaluations will be completely accurate
  • Using our Platform will guarantee any particular IELTS score

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
